The AC wasn't cold. The phone was dead. They said it would be fixed and the staff would come. I waited... But until the next day I checked out, there was no news. Even though the room was very close to the receptionist. There was no information if the staff would come or not to fix it. The food was also finished at 7 am. I waited a long time for a refill.

For the indoor AC, it was dripping quite a lot, after being repaired for about 20 minutes it returned to normal but not lower than 20°C

The staff is friendly. The bedroom is clean and spacious, and most importantly, the toilet has all the necessary facilities. It's really cool.

The check-in and check-out process is fast, the location is quite strategic, there are many places to eat around the hotel, the AC is cold, the rooms and lobby are clean, and there is plenty of parking.

For a hotel of this class, the price is too expensive because the hotel looks like it's not well maintained. It's luxurious from the outside, but when you go inside, it looks like a haunted house. The rooms also look like they're not well maintained, the bathrooms too. It's a shame even though the hotel is luxurious.

Came over for Borobudur Marathon, need to deposit 100K otherwise left your ID for guarantee, which typical old hotel. The rooms use mechanic key to open the door but it has a keytag for electricity. The room is decent, cleanliness is so-so. Unluckily, our room only gets ONE stop contact. There is a kettle, but we can't use. Recommended only for one night stay, thats it.
