The room is comfortable, clean, suitable for staying here.

Very disappointing, cleanliness is very poor. The floor wasn't mopped, there were lots of sandal/shoe marks and lots of hair on the floor. Please sweep and mop!! The bathroom toilet wasn't cleaned.

The receptionist was friendly, but unfortunately there was no smart TV.

There are lots of baby cockroaches. We need to clean the room more often to prevent mold.

Staying at the Aviari Hotel was very comfortable. The hotel grounds were clean, and the bathrooms were clean. Overall, I enjoyed staying there with my family.
