The electric door was not ready when I was given the keycard by the front desk, so I had to go back and forth to the front desk from my room (at 3rd floor). One of the complimentary drinks had been drunk and not refilled. I feel like the room was not ready when I got the keycard.

The room was really hot, check-in only took a few minutes, then immediately checked out, look at the atmosphere in the room, oh my goodness.

The current condition is very worrying because the existing facilities are outdated, the corridors are dirty, the bed sheets and other things are dull/blurry, the bathroom is not clean, the shower water is very small, so taking a shower requires a lot of patience. The engineering staff said that the water flow is that bad because the push water pump does not support it. There are no toiletries, no towels or bath mats, so you have to be careful getting out of the bathroom, afraid of slipping or falling. According to the housekeeping staff, they do not provide them.

Sorry in advance, but the room I got was very unhygienic, where the pillows were full of 'islands', and the sheets and pillowcases were also full of 'islands'. The pillows were really bad. The room had no towels, no hot water, no shampoo. The glasses in the room were also very dirty. The Wi-Fi didn't work. The room's AC wasn't cold either even though it was set to 16. The TV also wouldn't turn on.
