If this hotel could be reinvested, it would certainly be a great hotel because of its location right on the banks of the beautiful Kapuas River. The current condition is very worrying because the existing facilities are outdated, the corridors are dirty, the bed sheets and other things are dull/blurry, the bathroom is not clean, the shower water is very small, so taking a shower requires a lot of patience. The engineering staff said that the water flow is that bad because the push water pump does not support it. There are no toiletries, no towels or bath mats, so you have to be careful getting out of the bathroom, afraid of slipping or falling. According to the housekeeping staff, they do not provide them.
