When asked to borrow a charger, the female hotel staff said she didn't have one. It turned out she had one, even though her phone was completely dead and she didn't bring one. The male staff seemed very unfriendly when we returned home at 11pm. We had to press the bell to enter the hotel because the shop door was locked. We should have been free to return to the hotel at any time. The room was cramped, and the smell of cigarette smoke made it difficult to breathe. The bathroom outside the room had to be shared with others, and it was very dirty and looked like it had rarely been cleaned.

It's noisy, you can hear people talking outside, which disrupts your rest time. The toilet often flushes itself, making a noise that makes it uncomfortable to fall asleep. When you upgrade to a VIP room, you're not provided with soap or towels, so you have to walk far outside to find a shop to buy soap. Other than that, it's okay, as it's located in a shopping center.

When I first booked, I didn't realize it was in a multi-story shophouse near the market. I ended up getting a room above the third floor. Climbing the narrow stairs was a bit difficult, especially with a lot of luggage. The room was decent for the price, but I don't think it's ideal for those with children or a family.

The room was dirty and still had a lot of hair. If you're on the 4th floor, you'll climb the stairs up to your calves. There are 3 rooms on each floor. The 3rd and 4th floors are creepy. The bathroom is outside.

It was a bit scary that the door was already closed at 10 o'clock. It was like we were locked out so we had to knock on the door again. But the room was nice and clean, it was worth it.

The lady and the gentleman who guard the room are friendly, the drinks are cheap 🥰. There is no charge for early check-in, it's really great.
