Okay, clean, tidy, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, close to everything. If you're a little hungry, there's McDonald's and KFC, really strategic. Privacy is also really good because you have to use an access card to enter the elevator. Next time I go to Bandung, I want to stay here again.

The room didn't meet the request, and the guest was told to put it together themselves. There was only one key, even though elevator access was via card. Requests for additional cards were not provided.

The first day after checking in, I was given a room full of tiny cockroaches. After complaining, I was thankfully upgraded to a cleaner room. The next day, after breakfast, I wanted to return to my room, but the door wouldn't open because the battery on the door handle had run out. Please improve the cleanliness and amenities of the rooms.

The location is close to the city center, and the hotel is clean. Unfortunately, it's not soundproof, so the sound of vehicles outside can still be heard, disrupting your rest. I was on the 6th floor.
