The hospitality was outstanding. Every staff member I met was warm, polite, and genuinely helpful, even the security guards greeted guests with a smile and offered help to carry the baggage, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the hotel's café. The food is surprisingly affordable for a hotel price, with prices that are very reasonable while still offering good quality. There's also a karaoke area and a well-designed public space where guests can relax or spend time with friends and family. The hotel also has a swimming pool and is very kid-friendly, making it a great choice for families traveling with children. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained. I did encounter a minor issue with the bathroom door in my room, which was a bit difficult to close, but it wasn't a major problem and still okay with that. Overall, the room was pleasant, and the room service was prompt and reliable. Considering the location, facilities, service, and overall experience, the price is incredibly reasonable and offers excellent value for money. Overall, my 3-night stay was enjoyable from start to finish. Strategic location, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet hotel. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The room was quite clean, except for some dust under the bed and some trash. The bathroom was also clean, but the towels had a slightly musty odor. The swimming pool was clean and cool, and the kids loved swimming there. This is an affordable hotel and highly recommended if you're visiting Semarang.
