Everything was good but the downside was the pool, I found a cigarette butt in the middle of the adult pool and a candy wrapper in the children's pool. As a result, my body was itchy after swimming and I took the cigarette butt that was photographed to the edge of the pool.

The hotel's location is very strategic in the center of Makassar city.

The service was friendly, unfortunately I didn't know if the elevator didn't have AC, or if all hotel elevators don't have AC. The air in the elevator was hot, as far as I remember other hotels don't have this hot air, even though there were only four of us in the elevator. The refrigerator, which is supposed to be a facility, wasn't cold, I don't know if other rooms might work well, I only had a standard room.

Very disappointed with the service and facilities. This is not a real 4-star hotel. 1. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I immediately ordered room service because my flight to Makassar was very late and I was very hungry. I ordered room service hoping the food would arrive faster than if I ordered it through GoFood. I ordered 1 palekko chicken menu. It turned out that my food arrived in my room after more than an hour. And what was very disappointing was that the palekko chicken, which took more than an hour to make, was cold, both the chicken, the rice, and even the crackers were already cold. 😆 2. I asked the receptionist twice if I could borrow an iron because a 4-star hotel standard should have provided an iron in the room or at least provide an iron loan for guests. And what was the answer? Sorry, we do not provide an iron loan. If you want an iron, you can directly order a paid laundry pressing service. Hello hotel management. Room ironing facilities and laundry service are different. The food is delicious, but there's not much variety. The service isn't very good.

The staff was very friendly, but the bathroom was a BIG NO, the sink was clogged, dirty, the toilet was dirty, the towels given were dirty and torn 💔.

The beautiful atmosphere and views can be seen from inside the room and are very suitable for staycations and business matters.

4 days and 3 nights at this hotel still felt like a long stay. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning was cool, and the view was direct to Losari Beach. The food was delicious and varied. We would like to thank the owner and GM of this hotel for the gift and the late checkout. We will return to Makassar and stay at Arthama Hotel. 👍
