Good service and clean hotel area which is very pleasant.

The big plus is, if you slip a bit, you're already at BSB Mall. It's okay, the hallways and rooms are a bit "scented."

I always stay at this hotel when I'm on vacation in Balikpapan. It's just a short walk to the mall, and the price is worth it for the mall area. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is super cool, and there's live music every night. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel every time I'm on vacation in Balikpapan.

This will likely be my first and last stay. The only plus points are the fairly good Wi-Fi, and the mall is very close. Otherwise, it's just so-so. I stayed for two nights. On the first day, I asked the receptionist to clean my room at 10:39. I just went out to get something to eat. When I returned to the hotel at 2:00 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned at all. As a result, I had to go to the mall first to cool off, as the lobby was incredibly hot.

The room wasn't very clean. There was a lot of dust. My entire body was itchy after staying there. The room was incredibly small. 550,000 Rupiah doesn't justify the room.

Maybe you should check the TV more often, because there are still some that can't be turned on or are difficult to turn on 🙏🏻
