1. The location is right on the main road, very close to the Ubung terminal... that's the only positive; the rest is rubbish. 2. The service and facilities are terrible. I was forced to upgrade because the room I had booked was taken, and I was told to pay for the upgrade. And it didn't stop there, I wasn't given towels or toiletries, claiming I had to pay again, and it was just the room. And when I checked out, the staff seemed drunk, and I wasn't even served. I woke them up almost 10 times and they told me to be quiet. This is the worst part. I'd rather not stay here. I don't recommend it at all. 3. The cleanliness looks spotless, but once you're inside, you'll find cockroaches sleeping with you on the bed. This is just awful. I feel sorry for the owner of this hotel. The location is great, but the staff are so unfriendly, how can this hotel possibly thrive?

It's really bad. A room for two people, and when I asked for a towel, they only gave me one, and it was so small it couldn't even cover my body. I asked for two, but they said they only gave me one towel. THIS IS HILARIOUS! The location is very close to Ubung Terminal, the room is spacious enough for two people, but there's no hot water heater in the bathroom. There's no mineral water provided either, unlike most hotels. There should at least be a gallon water dispenser at the reception for everyone to use, but this one doesn't exist.

Every time I go to Denpasar, I always stay here. The room is spacious and has a balcony for sitting and drinking coffee. The good thing is that there is a clothesline so you can dry your underwear without having to go to the laundry. The check-in time is flexible. The good thing is that there is no deposit so you only pay for the hotel through Traveloka. Awesome, I will always be a regular here.

I booked from the Traveloka app at 10.30 and arrived at the hotel at 21.00 because the booking time was in Kuta, I was sure that I would just rest when I arrived at the hotel, but when I arrived the staff said that the room I booked was upgraded from a fan to an AC because of a system error, then he said there was an additional fee of 150k, down to 100k, in my opinion the reason was illogical, the system error was not my responsibility, I also didn't want to give additional money, I had an argument with the employee until I lost respect for the person, and after booking the hotel couldn't accept the booking confirmation, instead it was responded to by the Warta Sari Yogyakarta Hotel, please improve the management, especially the people who work at night, they are very disturbing, even though in the end I was given a room, there had to be a bad moment so it changed my assessment of this hotel,

The hotel is really cool, clean, spacious and fragrant.

The AC leaked. The AC remote was missing. The TV was broken. Only 1 towel was given. Even though we were 2 people with twin beds.

The bathroom has no lid underneath so the water is not accommodated, only towels and soap are provided, there are no blankets, the room is less clean, the smell of the room is not pleasant like the smell of dust, the outlet is limited there are only 2 points for the fan and the TV cannot be used together must one, but if using this hotel only for transit it's still feasible.

The rooms are rather dirty, the bathroom can't be clean nor is it clean.

The bedspread is rather smelly, the mattress is rather old, but the location is quite strategic.

The hotel is comfortable, the service is good, many rooms have air conditioning, there are non-AC ones, the family can be very comfortable, it should be cool here. Clean air conditioning.
