Overall, it's okay. It's not far from Jakarta, but the natural views are beautiful. The food is delicious, but the main menu lacks variety. For example, the chicken could be served in a variety of fried and soup dishes. Thank you.

The location is quite far from the crowds. The road to the location is just right for two cars, but requires good driving skills. If possible, avoid going via Tajur to Jakarta. Google Maps will give you an extreme route (cutting off the compass). It's better to go via Bogor City, which is congested but safer.

First time staying here, it was amazing.. The hotel staff were friendly.. Only the food at the hotel restaurant was quite expensive, if you want to eat at the Green Bamboo restaurant next to the hotel lobby, the food there is delicious and affordable.. Other than that, I liked it, the kids were happy.. Thank you Green Forest Bogor for making my birthday fun 😍

It's really good to get the price of 319 with breakfast and some extras, I don't know how many, but they just suddenly appeared, thank God. Thank you, Green Forest.

(-) : -I don't know if it's just 627, or some rooms are like this too. There's no shower faucet. So you have to manually pull the bolt and it's quite painful. -I just realized at night when it was cold, it turns out there was no AC remote (not using central AC). -The room window wasn't locked, less safety but there was a warning on the glass. -The elevator was combined so that those who had been swimming could get the elevator wet. (+) -The staff in all sections were very friendly. -The breakfast menu was varied, there was even a special stall for Indomie and there was a queue because many people were interested. Suggestions for the omelet menu were cooked before 6 because the queue was long. -The swimming pool was spacious. -No bottled mineral water was provided, but a kettle was provided in the room and a mineral water dispenser in the hallway. So you could drink as needed.

The view is really the best, directly facing the mountains.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. I chose a spacious Junior Suite. Complimentary water, however, had to be obtained from a dispenser. The location is a bit far from the crowds, and there are restaurants and food stalls on site. Mountain views and fresh morning air are available.

The service and facilities are adequate, but room cleanliness and the availability of soap are important considerations. My experience with these two factors was a dusty room. As someone sensitive to dust, I found it uncomfortable. The liquid soap was repackaged in half, possibly due to a packaging defect or simply not being replaced by the previous guest.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the spacious rooms and family-sized beds were a plus. While we were staying, our floor was undergoing renovations (there was work going on when we arrived, which caused some noise). Luckily, we got the room at the end of the building, next to and facing the emergency stairs. But otherwise, the hotel was excellent. Thank you, Green Forest Hotel, for your service.

The room isn't soundproof, but overall it's spacious for a deluxe room. I'd like to pay attention to the ants.

Service in the restaurant during breakfast at full occupancy was inadequate, with food and cutlery refills delayed, and cleaning in the dining area was slow. The elevator floor was often wet due to guests getting on and off the pool and going to their rooms; the elevator floor was not cleaned or dried regularly. The room was comfortable, but not soundproof. People talking in the hallway or in the room could still be heard.

Upon arrival, it was very crowded. The elevator was a bit wet because people who had been swimming with wet clothes and feet were returning to their rooms, but no one was standing by to dry the elevator floor until I informed the lobby staff at check-out. There were no hotel slippers in the room, and the towels were due for renewal, which is a good idea. And it seemed there was no refrigerator in the room we chose.
