I booked a deluxe room and got a connecting room, but the gap in the door was transparent, making it uncomfortable to look in. The room was locked from the outside during the day. I was told to wait, but it took so long that my child cried because he was so tired from riding a horse in front of the hotel. The elevator took a long time to get to the room. Breakfast was far away and uncomfortable because the round table was shared with other people. So far, the food was good.

Getting to the location is quite a detour and there's traffic, but the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast menu is not bad. I love the swimming pool, the water is crystal clear.

I'll definitely be back. For the price, I think it's totally worth it. Kid-friendly, with a wide variety of breakfast options, so you can choose until you're full. Maintain the comfort.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. Access to the city is quite far, far from entertainment venues, restaurants, or coffee shops. The hotel breakfast menu is not very varied.

The room was clean, with a great view. Access was easy and comfortable. However, there was no floor mat in the room, making it slippery. Contacting the staff was slow. The food lacked variety for a 4-star hotel. The Bogor noodle soup was delicious.

I booked a mountain view room, but was casually given the opposite, without any further ado or confirmation. I then asked the receptionist, and they told me there was an error in the app because the rooms were already full. That was fine, but that night, I noticed a lot of people still checking in with their luggage across from my room, meaning they were just getting into the mountain view room. That was it. The food was so-so.

The hotel is perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious and the views are beautiful.

I've stayed here several times, this is the second time I've been disappointed. Because the ladies and gentlemen didn't believe me in the executive room.

Thank you, the staff are friendly, very helpful. It seems like there are many things that need to be updated, the room is spacious and nice, only I was in a room where the water tap happened to be broken, it was very uncomfortable when I wanted to do ablution because there was not enough water fountain, the position of ablution was almost against the wall, the recliner was also broken, it would be better to replace it because it was dangerous for guests. Sorry, the 4-star standard seems a bit far. The bathroom amenities were incomplete, no shampoo, no laundry bag, toothbrush, etc., standard 2-star hotel, there was only 1 glass and sorry to say the glass was like a glass at home. The facilities were really good though, the forest was available. The pool was large, oh yes there were no towels for those who swam, returning to the room wet.

Nice recommended to your family. Very worth it for the price under 500 thousand with decent food, clean bathroom, clean towels although a bit worn but just washed. The room is also clean and spacious. The most comfortable thing is there is a smart TV... so you can watch YouTube as much as you like. FYI, it is a multi-storey building, so please understand the signal. Overall, it is very good, there is horse recreation and a swimming pool. If you are giving a bad rating with maps that have narrow roads, that's just how it is if you want to get there quickly. Rarely go to Bogor, maybe those who are grumpy... and not tech-savvy can open gmaps lol
