The staff are very friendly and quick to respond to anything you need, the rooms are spacious and close to everywhere in Ambon city, the food is delicious.

Friendly receptionist service, excellent staff service, delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, felt at home and really liked it as a choice of accommodation for me and my family.

I swear, the room was crawling with cockroaches. From large ones to tiny, newly hatched ones.

The reception area on the same floor as the restaurant is overcrowded with smokers. I don't think it's wise to have an air-conditioned room, especially if you're bringing small children to a room with lots of smokers and air conditioning, as the room is very stuffy with cigarette smoke.

Very helpful at check-in, even though I arrived earlier than expected. Very friendly service.

The hotel staff is very friendly and comfortable

It was very uncomfortable. The room smelled of cigarettes, and even in the air-conditioned hotel, people were allowed to smoke freely. It was very uncomfortable. I had to wear a mask all night to sleep because the room smelled so strongly of cigarettes mixed with other unpleasant odors. It was only last night that I finally moved hotels.

Everything was fine, the hotel staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, the food was decent.

The room was extremely clean. There were lots of baby cockroaches running around, and the walls were incredibly dusty.

Strategic location. The room was quite spacious and looked clean, but there were lots of small cockroaches, probably from the drains.
