I stayed for 2 nights, the Wi-Fi wasn't working, the lock was hard to open, the AC wasn't cold enough, the phone was sometimes on and sometimes off, there was no ashtray.

I don't like the room, the first time the atmosphere was uncomfortable

The hotel is quite nice, but because it's Eid it's kind of a mess.

Friendly and responsive service, the family room's AC is too small so it's not cold enough, the elevator is wet and the floor is slippery because wet guests insist on using the elevator.

Three requests for drinking water were out of stock, breakfast was scheduled for 6:30 and only ready at 6:50, and we had to stand in line. If it wasn't ready, why didn't we just say it would be ready at 7? The security guard was actually friendlier than the receptionist.

Not paying attention to hotel customer requests when requesting on the app, room key error and having to go back and forth from the 6th floor to the FO and not accompanied by a technician, only after complaining did the technician come, the wifi is very slow, the elevator is small and there is no air/AC so it is hot, the breakfast food is not tasty.

The hotel is strategic and comfortable

The check-in process was slow, as the hotel is large but only has three front desk staff. When there were a lot of people checking in, it was overwhelming, resulting in long queues. The rooms were nice, spacious, and the air conditioning was cool, but they weren't wudu-friendly.

For the price during the long holiday, this hotel is highly recommended because the room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious, the facilities are great. Only the shower doesn't work properly, but so far the staff is friendly and fast service. Just for evaluation, for check out, they should have just reminded you via phone that the check out time is almost up, don't come and tell you "check out time is up, sis", it feels like you're being told to leave, like you're being kicked out, it's impolite, even though you could have been nice.
