What an outstanding stay at Banyan Tree!! From the first arrival until the check out, the service did not disappoint at all. The room view is great, in terms of food, breakfast, snacks, and dinner, all the tastes are perfect, the menu they serve is always delicious!! When chatting with the admin to ask for a buggy to be picked up, they always respond quickly and are ready even though it is almost midnight. The only thing I feel a little lacking is the terrace of the room, maybe because the surrounding location is still very beautiful so there are often 3-5 bats hanging on the roof, big red ants and bees often roaming near the pool, so when you want to relax in the private pool it is less comfortable. But overall everything outside is very excellent.

Staying with family at Oceanview Infinity Pool 2 Bedroom Villa and the view is really amazing. All staff are very nice and helpful. Blue Moon Dinner in the Villa is highly recommended. The spa is also highly recommended. The best services.

Fantastic place to rejuvenate energy sources

We had a very pleasure stay. Very nice hotel and very great service, just only the outdoor private pool is not clean. All the food is excellent, we love it so much.
