Very comfortable, clean, and tidy. Even though there's no AC, the air is cool. Just arrived, we got a free motorbike wash, a sarong, a key chain, and a free watermelon or watermelon juice, which was very refreshing. The bed and bathroom were clean enough. I just didn't like the wooden bed frame, so if it moved a little it would make a noise. My husband is easily woken up by loud noises. Every little movement makes a loud noise.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the room was a bit lacking in cleanliness, with small red ants on the mattress. Overall, it was okay for the price.

I've stayed here several times, and I think I've become a regular every time I go to Puncak. The place is clean, with a variety of very comfortable room types, from in-room pools to jacuzzis. Even the smallest room includes a Netflix account, so those who want to stay in or continue binge-watching at home can do so. There's now a kids' pool, but I haven't tried it yet because it was just my husband and I last stayed here. The hotel staff are also friendly, and they wash their vehicles at night, so they're clean by morning. There's also a welcome drink or snack upon check-in. It's clean and fragrant, no doubt. The room smells very distinctive 😍

The staff is friendly.. Arrived at 1:00 PM and were allowed in. Got a watermelon juice as a welcome drink. The room is comfortable, clean, and fragrant. For the romantic type, it's perfect for a honeymoon, with work clothes and a tantra sofa too. Then just order food via WhatsApp, the price is standard.. Ordered grilled chicken plus rice and got two chickens. And the motorbike was also washed.. Cool.. Always be successful, Amarsya.

must come here you won't be disappointed all facilities are ok. very easy access to viral cafes nearby. to waterfall nearby good room, good sleeping place, motorbike is clean and washed by the owner. water heater is great electric kettle, there is coffee and tea. can get snacks too.

Sorry, the standard rooms don't have air conditioning. I thought it was cool, but the kids were hot. They provided a small fan, though.

It's great, comfortable, safe, and conveniently located. It's close to the main road, and they wash your car, give you free juice, and even give you a key chain. It's the best, priced under 300,000 rupiah on weekends.

It's addictive to stay here, even the kids are very happy.

I had a great two-day stay here. The service was top-notch, and the fried rice was my wife and kids' favorite. I'll be back next month.
