Thank you, the service, facilities, and cleanliness are really satisfying 🙏 Amarsya Hotel Puncak is one of the hotels that has developed quite rapidly, the upgrades are also really felt, slowly getting better. However, with that progress, there are some things that have “changed”, such as the amount of coffee and tea provided. Then the pancong and mendoan snacks are now replaced with dracin potatoes hehe. But overall it's still okay, still delicious to enjoy. Everything is still recommended 👍 I will also recommend this hotel to relatives, friends, and relations. Just a little suggestion, maybe in the future the TV broadcast can be more complete, because if you stay more than 1 night it's a bit boring if you watch Netflix all the time. So far, so good

Friendly hotel staff, easy access

The staff is friendly and responsive. The private pool room is unique and comfortable, and the kids love it. If possible, add a divider between the pool and the lounge area to prevent splashes.

LATEST update review from me 04-17-2026 wow that's crazy... This hotel is no joke, affordable price. 1. Friendly service 2. Free car wash 3. Cleanliness 4. Comfortable 5. Free facilities (Wi-Fi, Netflix, etc.) 6. But unfortunately there is no AC in the Virgo Room (it doesn't matter, maybe because it's close to Puncak Pas, the distance is 5-9 km so the cold is better than the natural cold) Super recommended...

The food is really delicious. All my favorites. Especially the Korean chicken and tortilla, it's perfect with Netflix. I'll definitely come back here next time. They also come with a free keychain with our name on it. It's really nice.
