The best hotel service I've ever experienced. I was surprised to wake up to find my car had been washed. For those who brought motorbikes, they were also covered and washed clean. Thank you for the excellent service.

The rooms and outside area of the hotel were clean, the pillows smelled great. The service was very friendly, and the car was sparkling clean in the morning. The location is excellent, not far from Cisarua Market, and accessible from Jakarta via many alternative routes.

I stayed here on purpose after visiting Taman Safari so I could come home with a clean car because they said they had a free car wash, and it turns out it's true... it's great.
