The staff was friendly and explained things in detail. Calling to turn off the LED lights was also quick, taking less than 5 minutes. Hot water was always available (at 12 midnight, dawn, and 10 in the morning). The mattress was also clean and didn't itch. The downside is that the old building makes the sink and shower edges a bit crooked, and they also need to be replaced for a cleaner look.

Honestly, for the relatively affordable price, everything was fine for our three-night stay at UTC. The room was thoroughly cleaned and amenities were replenished daily. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

I occupied room A206. The only thing missing was the shower wasn't strong. The AC was noisy, like a tornado. It looked like the AC hadn't been cleaned or serviced.
