The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, the price was affordable, and the amenities were plentiful.

I happened to be here on a weekday, so it was quiet, which was nice. The place was clean, especially the swimming pool. I got a budget-friendly price because it was a weekday. The location is strategic, no alley access, as it's on the main road in Puncak. Unfortunately, there was no security in the morning when I wanted to go out by car, so we couldn't. So we ended up walking, haha.

It was a fun vacation here. There's a garden, birds, a swimming pool, and very helpful and friendly staff. It looks like an old building, but it's not bad. There's hot water, too. Thank you.

Wi-Fi was down during our stay.

When I stayed there, I got room 105. 1. The AC wasn't cold at all, I was going to rest from being tired from Jakarta but I couldn't sleep (I only managed to sleep at 3 am). I had asked for a fan if there was one, but until 3 am there was no confirmation whether there was one or not. 2. The bathroom door couldn't be closed from the outside, it could only be opened from inside the bathroom. Around 1 am, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I was already thinking about how the cockroach would get into the room because it couldn't be closed from the outside. 3. There was no mat at all, from the front of the bedroom door and the front of the bathroom. So, after swimming/taking a bath, the floor would be wet.

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff

Stayed in a room with three beds. Three bottles of drinking water, glasses, and a kettle were provided, but unfortunately, no coffee or tea. The bathroom was clean, with three toothbrushes and toothpaste, and refillable liquid soap. There was a hot shower. The ambiance was clean and the service was friendly.

The staff is very helpful. It's very comfortable, clean, has a children's play area, and is kid-friendly.

Good facilities with affordable rates. Living room, refrigerator, cooking and washing area, 3 beds are very adequate for families. Only the room is a bit damp and dusty. Suggestion: Staff should be diligent in opening the room and provide air fresheners so that it doesn't feel like that. Thanks
