It has a beach view, it’s so cool! Room facilities are quite good, the receptionist is friendly and ready to help me every time.

The security guard was lovely and helpful, and the housekeeping service was excellent.

Okay, the room has a pretty nice view if you're on a higher floor. It's not too big, but just the right size, nice and comfortable. The bathroom isn't spacious, but it's well-decorated and beautiful, suitable for those who don't often go to the beach and prefer to travel and explore.

It's worth trying for the price; the rooms are clean, and the higher floors offer pretty nice views. I'm not sure about the soundproofing. Room 304 was like it was haunted. Overall, it's okay if you don't like swimming in the sea and focus on food, exploring the area, or taking photos for social media.

I stayed in a single room, which was great because it had a window. The hotel was clean, and housekeeping was done daily upon request. It was conveniently located for getting from the hotel to Da Nang Train Station and Da Nang International Airport, as well as to the city's beaches.

I stayed there for 5 days. When I checked out, they didn't allow me to go right away because they said they couldn't find their slippers. I told them I didn't see any slippers in the room. The cleaner insisted that she saw slippers in the room, which were actually mine. They let me wait for more than an hour. I had to cancel my online meetings. I had to open my bag to show them that I had been using my own slippers the entire stay. They said they were checking the CCTV. I was frustrated and even felt humiliated for treating me like I stole their slippers. After more than an hour, they allowed me to go. They didn't get any proof that I took those slippers. It was a very humiliating experience. They didn't even say sorry for that. Hotel management is very poor.

The flexible check-in times were a plus.

The bedding smelled bad and had unwashed stains. There was no refrigerator and no toilet paper. The check-in staff were unfriendly.

The beds were very dirty, with pet hair on the sheets and duvet covers. The duvet inserts and liners were stained with blood and urine. The bathroom's ventilation fan and electrical outlets were broken. The facilities were old and needed replacement and repair.

It wasn't quiet, it was very noisy, and the facilities were inadequate.

In our case, the paid price doesn't match the quality of the room.

I booked during a holiday, so the hotel only had one windowless room left. The location was convenient, quite close to the city center, but the room had no window and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, so it was very stuffy. And especially, it wasn't soundproof; I could clearly hear people talking in the next room, and children crying...

This is a new hotel worth choosing when traveling to Da Nang. The bedrooms are spacious and fully equipped with wardrobes and shelves. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, beautiful, and new. There is parking for motorbikes. The staff are friendly. I stayed for 2 days and was very satisfied.

Affordable, clean, centrally located, but a bit far from My Khe beach.
