Check-in was fast, the hotel staff was friendly, the room and toilet were very clean, the interior was very nice and comfortable, the location was close to the city center and easily accessible, and there were easy access to food nearby. Wi-Fi was also good. If I go back to Jakarta, I'll stay at the Yello Hotel.

This is my umpteenth stay at Yellow Harmoni. I love it because of the easy access, friendly staff, and clean, fragrant rooms. It's close to the city center, and the mall is just a short walk away.

I was a repeat customer. So I will always be back here for my business purposes. Next, I will stay here again on the 23rd of this month. One suggestion regarding the restaurant during breakfast: it was always packed with people. The restaurant manager should be notified about how many guests are staying for breakfast and expecting guests or visitors to walk in for dine-in. Waitstaff doesn't just mean welcoming or checking in guests with breakfast. They should also be aware to have guests seated or at least communicate with guests if there is no space anymore. Alternative options would be appreciated, but who will go the extra mile these days? That's why I skipped my breakfast on the last day. I know I should not expect more for a business hotel type. But as a repeat customer, the more often you stay with the same hotel, the more details you will see and will find one or two odd things that might be improved. The room and location were what I enjoyed the most.
