The hotel was pleasant. Clean. The bed was large. Breakfast was delicious and varied. There was a complimentary one for an anniversary. All good! There was just one thing that made things a bit uncomfortable. When my child played in the playground, he had to wear socks. When my husband was still taking them to the room, my child was told to leave the playground first. It felt like he was being kicked out, even though he was just playing with Lego on the table. The staff kept asking if he had his socks. It was like demanding that he put them on quickly. The staff offered to buy socks, but the socks they sold were a different color. Honestly, it was a bit annoying.

I've heard many good things about the Vasa Hotel. I stayed in a Premium King Room, which had a very spacious bed, a modern heated toilet seat, and a fairly spacious room. While my child and I were enjoying the pool, I noticed that many of the tiles in the children's pool were broken, potentially injuring them. The safety net in the playground was also broken. These are safety issues that need to be addressed and improved.

A 5-star hotel with services that prioritize the comfort of wheelchair users, the elderly, and children. The room I booked was a premium room. Because I use a wheelchair, I requested a shower chair. However, we were given a special room "just for wheelchair users." The service was excellent. Furthermore, on our second night, we received a complimentary upgrade to a 66-square-meter residence. Thank you to Ms. Febby, Mr. Andi, Ms. Elen, and Mr. Sulton for their attention that exceeded expectations.

The hotel's location is very strategic. However, the room ambiance is a bit less modern, so I didn't like it. The room is quite spacious. However, tissue paper in the room is a bit difficult to find, whether in the standard room, suite, or apartment, because I've tried all three room types. The food menu is not very varied. The waiters are only friendly on the first day. On the last day, they didn't pick up the empty plate I finished and put aside even though they kept passing my table, but they seemed to pretend not to see it. Even though it wasn't very busy at that time. Perhaps the service can be improved in the future.
