I booked a non-smoking room but was given a room that smelled of cigarettes. I was given a replacement room, but the floor was still stained and dirty, so I asked for a second cleaning. I stayed the second night and asked for the room to be cleaned, but it hadn't been cleaned until the afternoon. Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms.

My second stay at Hay, and it was still pleasant, but I'd like to suggest adding some white/bright lighting for work, as for someone traveling on business like me who needs to do work, the lighting isn't adequate. Overall, it's okay, thanks.

I've stayed at Hay more than once, but this was the first time I was disappointed with the room I got. Some of the lights wouldn't work, the front light was also out, making the room feel gloomy. The plugs on the desk were loose, the doormat was torn, and the curtains were loosely pulled down. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. Hay is always my family and I's first choice when we visit Bandung. It's strategically located, close to culinary spots. Please improve in the future.

I love this hotel. It has a calming atmosphere and lots of interesting photo spots. The lobby also has stalls selling food and souvenirs from the past. The staff are all friendly. There are also many room types to choose from, and I chose Hay 3 yesterday. The hotel's location is very strategic. As soon as you leave the hotel, you'll find lots of FO options along the road, including fruit shops, cake shops, cafes, and even a laundry service nearby.

The location is very strategic, close to everything, with plenty of cafes, a shady place for morning walks, and plenty of culinary delights. The breakfast lacks variety and taste. The food isn't very appealing. Perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, the sheets and towels have faded and aren't white, making them look shabby. It would be nice to have them replaced. Anyway, everything is fine.

Overall good stay, especially if you want to explore the city center.

This is my third time staying at Hay. There are plenty of culinary options and restaurants nearby. It's the only hotel I've come across that has a water tap downstairs for ablutions. Awesome.

Check-in was fast. A bit odd, there's a Rp 100,000 deposit for a one-day stay. The room wasn't very cool, and there were mosquitoes in the room. Cleanliness was okay. Room amenities weren't provided, with no tissues. No Netflix. The good thing about this hotel is that it has a triple bed, so everything is three-poster, so it's no longer a hassle. The room was a bit dim. Breakfast was delicious. Omelettes need to be requested. There's no egg corner. It's an Instagrammable hotel with lots of photo spots.

Overall, it was a great experience, the location above all.

Got a discounted price through the TikTok app 👍 Booked a twin room with 2 rooms. The receptionist upgraded me to a room for 3 people (both rooms were upgraded) for free. However, room 516 smelled quite nice, but the hair dryer was broken. Room 509 didn't smell good, so it smelled bad when I entered, but the AC was gone once I turned it on. The kettle's mouth was a bit dirty. I asked for a cleaner one, and they replaced it immediately. Thank you. The AC remote didn't work, so I had to replace the batteries. 👍👍 Breakfast was a complete mess, the chicken was still red. 🫣 The side dishes were just chicken, broccoli, and fried noodles, but they were still tasty. The porridge was a bit lacking in flavor, in my opinion. It's okay for that price, but I wish the breakfast had a bit more variety. Anyway, during my stay, it was still okay because it's also close to Bengawan Steamed Chicken restaurant, Seruni restaurant, outlets, and many coffee shops. 👍👍 Best 🙏🏻
