Chose a family suite for me and my parents for a short getaway. The hotel was very clean, neat, and the air conditioner and water heater worked very well. This is by far one of the best stays in Perlis I've ever had! Amenities like Wi-Fi, irons, and Coway/water dispenser are also available. Lots of eateries nearby within walking distance. Definitely recommended!

Basic room facilities. Access to rooms by staircase. Our room aircon made noises but prompt action by hotel staff to rectify the problem. Convenient amenities such as 7-Eleven, shops, and eateries beside the hotel.

I requested a room upgrade and they helped even though it was last minute. The beds are soft and comfy.

The room which I stayed was so small. I did not expect that based on the price. Not that small, even though I know it is small. If I knew, I would not have chosen that room. The vibe was like a 'scary back alley'. Entering the bathroom was dark, the light was dim. Wow. The hotel is ok, just don't take a room of this size. The sheets and blankets smelled like they had just been taken from the laundry. The room was clean but the vibe was scary. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you reject the room, you can get full marks for this hotel. But don't take a room like this. Take a different room size.

Staff very friendly. Fast to take action when I report there are no shower gel in my room. They are willing to wait for me and not just burst in when I'm not around. There are many options to eat around the hotel. Mixue is just beside the hotel, and the briyani rice at Nasi Kandar store is very delicious. During the night, you can go to the opposite hotel where there are restaurants with so many options. It's a 10-minute walking distance to reach KTMB.

overall its a good hotel just a little cramped space for prayer. cleanliness is okay

Lokasi ok. Bilik ok. Yang tak ok bilik air. Kotor sekali. Nak tidur malam pun payah sebab bau yang kurang menyenangkan dari dalam bilik air. Exhaust fan langsung tidak berfungsi. Maaf ya.

Check in at the right time but got the room as if it was not fully cleaned. There is hair on the pillow and trash under the table. Entering the room is not locked. Call reception but they say it's new, request to change the pillowcase because the child has taken a bath etc. It's hard to get all the items back. Towels are not provided, you have to call to ask. Hmmm

There 's lots of spider webs at the corner, in the room wall corners, toilet as well, even the towel rack also is full of spiderwebs. Wall are moldy, and it 's moldy for too long that fungus are growing out from it. There was also a cockroach crawling on the TV remote control.

Close to the KTM station and many restaurants, but there is no lift.

Bilik suite selesa, katil ok, cuma pintu toilet tak boleh kunci. So far, semua elok dan selesa.

Alhamdulillah hotel selesa tapi sejadah ja takda tapi tak pa, overall okay. Service terbaik dari staff peramah. Senang cari makan, bank atm ke bawah hotel. Recommended.

The hotel has a good location but the room 's table, cabinet is dusty.

Small room without windows. Aircond is not cold. The TV remote is broken. The heater cannot be adjusted.

Cheap but very nice. I don't have any complain other than please put the hot water machine back! 😭.
