There were many baby cockroaches in the toilet. As the night went on, more and more of them came out around the TV stand and the table next to the bed. Booked a room with breakfast, and upon check-in, asked the receptionist if breakfast was available from 6 a.m. The next day, breakfast came down at 6:40 a.m., and the restaurant was still dark. When we asked the receptionist, they told us to wait another 30 minutes. For those planning an early morning meeting, we highly recommend not having breakfast at this hotel. So, we checked out without it.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, strategic.

Close to the destination, near the mall, but the front and parking lot are less than convincing. Breakfast is adequate, but the hotel lobby is cramped with only two seats. If the hotel reception staff were friendly and not rude, it would be better.

The location was still accessible, and the room was dimly lit. At 11:30 PM, someone turned on a drill (?) from outside the room for about 10 minutes. The hot water was flowing smoothly, the AC was still cool, and there were tissues on the desk.

It's really unusual for the bathroom in the room where the cockroaches were found yesterday. Next time, please check the bathroom drain and fix it. It's a shame because I'm a regular at Maple, and I even recommend it to friends in West Jakarta. It's not only close to everything, but also clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom needs to be repaired, considering the building is old, so it's comfortable for people who want to staycation or go on work trips.
