The staff is very friendly but the TV has a lot of Chinese channels so you can only watch the news. Overall it's good because it's just for a break so you don't get too bored because the TV is like that.

The location is along the Cihampelas culinary and souvenir shopping area. It's a short walk to the clothing and souvenir shops. A bit of a challenge: finding public transportation or online motorcycle taxis can be a bit difficult at night, as it's located on a one-way street. The rooms are spacious and clean, with hot water flowing freely.

The family room is spacious and comfortable, but there's an unpleasant odor coming from the toilet. Perhaps a special toilet freshener should be added. Easy access, close to a shopping center.

The room was actually nice. It was just a shame that the elevator was under maintenance from 10 am to 7 am yesterday. It was quite tiring going up to the 3rd floor :(. Hopefully the maintenance will be faster in the future.

The hotel is very spacious, with a safe, plenty of storage space, a great view, friendly staff, and clean bedrooms and toilets. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff are very friendly. You can leave your luggage when you check out. My four-night stay here felt like home.

Please fix the building foundation, the room floor is already cracked, and the bathroom design is wrong: the slope of the floor is against the water drainage, so the water after showering often pools. This is what causes the bathroom to always smell even though it has been cleaned by the staff. And I appreciate all the staff, especially the receptionist, bellboy, CS for being friendly, always responsive in handling complaints (which can be handled). The room is overall comfortable and worth it to stay for the price, the night view from the window is good, and there is no horror impression at all.

Wow... My first stay here was excellent. I booked a Deluxe room because they were all booked, and I was upgraded to a Family room. The room was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly during check-in and check-out.

It's definitely worth it for a hotel priced under 300 rupiah per night. The staff is very helpful and the hospitality is there. The room is quite large with a direct view of the Pasupati Bridge. Overall, if I go back to Bandung, this hotel will be my first choice. Awesome!

It's ok for transit, the room is spacious, clean and has an opening window. The location is close to restaurants / Indomaret, etc. However, the toilet needs to be cleaned, because it smells of urine, admin :(
