I've been to Pangandaran many times and always stay at Uni Beach Hotel. Booking via the app got me the cheapest price for a junior room. Check-in was very fast. The room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The hot water wasn't hot enough, just lukewarm. Breakfast was reasonable, considering the low price, but it wasn't very varied, but it was still satisfying. The swimming pool was clean. Parking was ample, so you could park in front of your room.

The staff was very honest and responsive. My child's phone, which had been left in the room, was immediately processed and returned without any hassle.

A wonderful place to stay with ample parking and spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was clean, and the pool was clean and fun for the kids. 100 stars. We'll definitely be back for our next vacation. Highly recommended, as we always go to Pangandaran every year. No coffee or tea in the room. There were 2 towels, one of which was worn out. Breakfast was not very varied. The pool was basic, just for playing in the water, nothing else. One of the staff at the front office said rudely, when I was about to check in at 5, my father wanted to use the toilet in front of the FO because he was in a hurry to travel due to the traffic jam. The toilet there was occupied by one of the FO officers. My father opened it and tried to open the lock, but it was locked from the outside. Then the officer said 'stupid' while talking to another officer. My family and I heard them, and apologized because my father had locked it from the outside (with the intention of opening it thinking it was locked).

The hotel staff is friendly, check-in/out is hassle-free, and the facilities are good. The breakfast could be improved, though it lacks variety for a hotel of this stature, which is a shame.

Cheap prices, facilities include a pool and water heater.

When the power went out, a hotel this size didn't have a generator, so the room was incredibly hot.

It's nice to stay here, but if there's a more complete hotel, it's better to look for one next door.

Check-in and check-out times were very simple, and the hotel's location was very close to the beach.

The AC was not cold enough, 4 people staying were only provided with 2 towels.
