I usually get nice, spacious rooms, but this time, my room was a bit small and scary, and I couldn't sleep. The breakfast options were plentiful, but the food was a bit bland. I was a little disappointed. I arrived at 5 in the afternoon and checked in, but I was in a rush to check out by 12:15 or I'd be fined.

This is my 19th time here... never gets bored.

The hotel is comfortable and the facilities are great. For MOD, please inform security or provide signs for the children's play area and swimming pool: No Smoking! If anyone violates this rule, don't hesitate to give them a polite warning.

The room had no windows. I requested a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking one. There was no elevator, so I had to climb the stairs.

The best choice is to stay here when you are in Puncak.

Great hotel for holiday, but needs more cleaning in the bathroom.

My first time at Seruni, it was really nice. The rooms and surroundings were clean, and there were plenty of amenities. I'm planning another vacation to Seruni.

It was a really pleasant stay here, with a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The breakfast was also varied. Unfortunately, the TV didn't have Netflix.

There are many swimming pools and children's play areas, the children really enjoyed themselves and were happy.

The price of the food is not worth it for a small child, it is too expensive.
