Very disappointing. The hotel has been neglected, lacking maintenance and cleanliness. This hotel would be worth 200,000 Rupiah, not 520,000 Rupiah.

The air is cool and quite comfortable. The villa-style accommodations feel like home. The price is quite reasonable.

Stayed at the garden villa. The cleanliness was pretty good. The room was so big you could ride a bike inside. The villa is big so it's perfect for family gatherings. Unfortunately, the exterior looks a bit neglected even though there are new units being built with nice and aesthetic designs. But overall it's still really good for the low price. The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. Very kid-friendly because there's a water park and my son cycled around the villa complex in the morning. If possible, the exterior of the garden villa should be cleaned more and the sanitary fittings in the bathroom should also be checked and repaired because my room's sink only had hot water and couldn't be set to cold or warm. This place has the potential to be even bigger if it's really looked after because the basics are already good 🫶 Next time I want to try the pool villa because the building is all wood 😁 And for food at the restaurant, there are also lots of choices and the prices are cheap 🫰

The staff are very friendly and guide you from check-in to checkout. Breakfast is also delicious, all the menu flavors are delicious.

I was surprised to find something this good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Any issues with the facilities were always promptly addressed and confirmed. Even when it was raining heavily, we were given a late check-out time of 1 PM.

Discussion about getting towels for 4 persons instead of 2 towels… We didn’t felt welcome.

There is little shower soap so if you are staying for a long time it is better to bring your own.

Damp room, moldy room, shabby bed cover, lots of hair on the bed, looks like it hasn't been changed from the previous guest, shabby bed sheets, When I first entered Villa No.12 it was very bad, full of mold, then I was moved to Villa No.14, shabby bed sheets, lots of hair, and it looks like the previous guest hasn't changed the bed sheets. Then at midnight at 11.30 I was moved to Villa No.07, it's a bit comfortable here.

a resort like home. love staying here, the rooms and facilities are good, the pool is clean, the food is delicious. parking can be done right next to it. overall very good.
