Stayed for 2 nights, and overall, the place was comfortable. The staff was also friendly. Breakfast on the first day was good, but the fried rice on the second day was a bit lacking. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent.

The AC isn't cooling, I've complained but they haven't responded, just checking. The liquid soap dispenser is clogged, I've complained but no one has come.

The only downside is that there's no air freshener, but maybe they could add one next time. Other than that, overall it's good.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The service is also friendly. However, because it's located in a residential area, entry after 10 PM is a bit difficult because many of the entrances are closed and the hotel doesn't provide information.

At night, the sound of rats can be heard which is quite disturbing.

It's close to TIM, so if you walk there it's quite good, the staff are friendly but when I went there some of the rooms weren't ready so I had to wait.

While sleeping at 3 a.m., I heard the sound of mice on the ceiling. There were blood stains on the duvet cover.

The soundproofing isn't perfect, so you can hear strange noises from the next room. So far, the facilities are clean and the service is good, with a water dispenser available. The blankets are a bit dirty. Book a non-smoking room and get one on the non-smoking floor. The best.

Had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Fantastic location. Highly recommended!

I requested a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. The smell of cigarette smoke was very strong, especially when the AC was on. After a complaint, the staff didn't immediately move me to another room. Next, we could really separate smoking and non-smoking rooms.
