I often overdo it when I want to go to this hotel because the hotel nameplate is quite small 😅. During breakfast, large plates for eating are rationed, so if you want to eat something else, use a coaster 😅. Never mind, that's all. Other than that, the room is really spacious. Oh yeah, I chose a room with a refrigerator. If the access card is removed from the contact in the room, the electricity automatically goes off, the refrigerator also turns off, so the refrigerator starts from zero again 😔, waiting for it to cool down again, it really takes a long time.. 😔😔😔

The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are large, clean, and smell great, as is the bathroom. And best of all, the swimming pool is large and clean. It made my husband, my children, and I very happy. It made me feel at home, and I want to stay here again next time. The staff are also very friendly, thank you 🙏☺️

The room is spacious, with a 120-square-foot single bed, still comfortable for two thin people. The hotel's location is on a busy roadside, with some noisy traffic, but the hotel is easily accessible. There are plenty of affordable eateries nearby, and there's a free water park where you can splash around to your heart's content.

Check-in must be by 2 PM, but you can use the swimming pool right away. The staff is friendly and vehicle security is provided 24/7. I'll stay here again next time. Thank you.

A family vacation during school holidays. The hotel's location is strategically located right on the main road. The staff, from the front desk and cleaning staff to the restaurant staff, were all friendly. The rooms are large and clean, though a little noisy due to the proximity to the road, due to the sound of racing exhausts. The swimming pool is large and well-equipped with kiddie pools at various heights and a slide area. We found the restaurant food and breakfast delicious and fresh, freshly prepared upon request. Overall, it's a good choice for our next family vacation to Puncak.

Booked a room as a graduation gift for my child so they could spend time with their friends before they left. I asked about the room before booking, and it was explained very well. Always a pleasure to stay here. So I decided to stop by before returning to Jakarta. However, this time I was a bit disappointed upon check-out on Monday. The swimming pool was bustling with activity from outside. In the morning, I wanted to order food at the cafe but was informed that it was closed due to a group booking from outside. My suggestion is that hotel guests should be prioritized, not guests from outside the hotel. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay here. Hopefully, it will be even better in the future.

In front of Puncak highway.. Strategic location.. The restaurant food is ordinary.. but it depends on your taste.. Book a standard room and get 2 beds. Suitable for families with 2 or 3 children.... Suitable. The swimming pool is okay. Parking is also okay. Regarding the room, there is a slight problem with the TV not being able to connect to the app. The hotel has tried to set it.. but in the end it still cannot connect.. The staff is quite friendly.. The kids really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was lacking in variety and tasted average. There's a water park for the kids to swim in. The price is affordable and the location is strategic.
