Booked a deluxe room, which includes a mini fridge and TV (no smart TV yet). The room is spacious enough for a married couple. The room is clean, cool, and offers a city view. Excellent service, and the staff are excellent. Thank you very much.

A comfortable hotel with a strategic location in central Surabaya. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Close to Tunjungan Plaza, making it easy to get around during your stay. Recommended for staycations and business trips.

I got deluxe room 811 with a city view. Because it's in a corner, it offers a view of the road. I really liked the atmosphere and proximity to the airport transfer service. The staff was helpful, and even a prayer mat was provided free of charge. The amenities are complete, clean, and everything is in great condition. I'll definitely visit again.
