There was a problem during check-in. There was a miscommunication between Traveloka and the hotel. I booked room 41 but got room 23. Since I was bringing two small children, I decided to give in and take room 23 rather than complain because I had already paid for room 41 and got room 23. In the end, I chose to resolve the problem with Traveloka. The location is very strategic, there are many culinary options, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, but there is not much variety. My children like swimming, the hotel is family-friendly.

Overall, the room was clean, the service was good, and the breakfast was good. My only complaint was the on-demand hairdryer and the quality of the hairdryer was no longer suitable for use.

For two guests with different check-out schedules, it's inconvenient because they're only given one access card. They've asked for an additional one, but they haven't received one.
