The room, especially the bed, pillows, and bolsters, were not clean. The bolsters and pillows had brown stains from stains.

During my stay at Nevada, it was rare to find such a spacious, clean, and quiet room, with a spotless bathroom and excellent hot water, a very well-known Daikin AC that was quiet and quiet, and excellent and friendly room service. Breakfast was varied, featuring Ketapang Malay specialties. The Denver restaurant is a perfect place for business travelers to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. They also offer a special promotion for Nevada's signature coffee, Talua. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a return.

This was my first time staying at a Ketapang hotel, namely the Nevada Hotel. The room was spacious, with pillows and bolsters, making it feel like sleeping at home. The blankets were comfortable and thick, the hot water worked well, and it was very clean. The breakfast was varied, but what was impressive was the unique Malay food. The chef and staff were also friendly, and the facilities included a gym and a delicious restaurant, allowing for a relaxing coffee. The receptionist was also friendly and immediately responded to our needs. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Nevada Hotel if you're in Ketapang.

Very ordinary for that price. Not bad and not good either. Still not the best hotel in Ketapang in terms of hospitality.

I booked their most expensive room and when I checked in, I have to wait for an hour because apparently my booking only went through their email but not their system. When I finally got my room, I was surprised as it was a different room from what I paid for. I paid for their 63 m2 suite yet what I got is their 55 m2 Dakota suite. They told me there were some adjustments and the Dakota suite is in fact their biggest room. Oh and I ordered food from their room service without a menu anywhere in my room. Overall, I feel like I don’t get what I paid for and definitely wouldn’t recommend nor return to this establishment ever again

Lack of service in the bathroom because you can't shower with hot water, there is no shade for the parking area for motor vehicles, not for cars that are parked in a proper place, and the receptionist service is not very friendly.
