My trip was fun. The room was so good, the only problem is the receptionist. Mostly the staff, especially cleaning services, were so good, they always smiled. But the receptionist... hmmm, only one. But it's also a business smile.

The bed was broken and the air conditioner was broken. The first room's air conditioner was broken. Received a change of room. Room 2 spins. The bed in the room is broken. Sleeping with fatigue.

I love my stay in this hotel. The location was great because its near malls, banks, restaurants, etc. The room is big enough for us and it was also clean. Cleaning ladies are accommodating and polite. Thank you for the guards for being kind and assisting my pwd mom all the time.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel and it was great. I love the location because its a few minutes from the airport; Restaurants; Banks; Malls; Etc. The rooms are clean too. What I love mlst are the cleaning team and security guard. THey are very polite, accommodating, always help. Me and my PWD mom and aunt and very keen to details.

Great location, located in the center of Makati. Near convenience stores and malls. Comfortable room, just enough space for 4 persons with luggages.

I stayed for 5 nights. The staff service was just so so. But I'd like to highlight some of my quite bad experience. 1. Internet access was so slow, It was a nightmare! 2. Security guard (the one who wear glasses) was bit rude. 3. Breakfast was so not that varied.

Overall the room is in good condition. But in my room theres no curtain beside bed, and I think I get twin bed because there's something in the middle of bed (I didn't realized but my boyfriend told me). And fyi the hotel didn't give you toothbrush and toothpaste, so you should bring it.
