Connected to the Kelana Jaya LRT Line, lobby on the 41st floor. The elevator from downstairs does not directly connect to the room elevator, you have to go through the lobby on the 41st floor, then transfer to another elevator. There is a coffee machine and three kinds of snacks on each floor. The rooms are large, the twin type has a bed size equivalent to two queen beds. Overall satisfactory.

Just please try and have more trash bins around on floors and lobby.

I'm a huge fan of the Hyatt Group, and Alila Bangsar is one of them. Of all the Hyatt Group hotels listed, Alila Bangsar is quite affordable. * LOCATION: The surrounding neighborhood isn't particularly impressive, but this hotel is connected by a bridge from the LRT Red Line, which is quite impressive. I didn't get rained on or hot. * FACILITIES: Without a doubt, all the facilities here are top-notch. There's one minor drawback: there's no whirlpool, sauna, or steam room, but that's made up for by having coffee machines, tea, and all-you-can-eat snacks on every floor. * STAFF: SUPERB, from check-in to check-out, they were very attentive. One of the staff even helped me book an online transfer via Bolt. Every penny you pay for your stay here is worth it.

It was a pleasure birthday staycation with Alila Bangsar. I got a free birthday cake and that was out of my expectation. What a thoughtful gesture from Alila. I love the spacious room/bathroom space. Definitely is one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in KL. Looking forward to another stay with Alila soon 🥰

This was my first time staying at Alila Bangsar, and I was very satisfied! The check in/check out process was very smooth and quick, and the room was ready so I was able to check-in early. The room is so spacious with great views, clean and comfy The staff is accommodating and informative Having to go through 3 separate lifts to access my room is a bit of a hassle but that’s small issue for the comfort Alila provides Thank you and would love to stay here again

Overall was very nice, only a bit far from the city center but worth the money.

The location is very close to the LRT and there is a pedestrian bridge directly to the station, so if you want to travel it is very close and comfortable. It is located right behind Little India so many people sell food in the area. The room is very spacious, there is a sofa that can be used as a bed free of charge, just request it. So one room can sleep 4 people comfortably. The staff is very friendly and super helpful, even when I needed a vehicle from Ipoh to Genting (outside their responsibility, because it is out of town) they were able to help us book the vehicle. It's just that the service during check in and check out is quite long. Breakfast is not very suitable for our taste, and there are all day snacks and drink bars on each floor which are delicious and suitable for snacking in the room. overall it's a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Would recommend and definitely comeback for the next trip to KL.

Nice interior, very convenient, and located just two steps from Bangsar LRT. Staff are attentive, and good food for breakfast with a wide variety.

Very recommended hotel! Don't hesitate to book a room at this hotel, whether for a family trip, couple trip, or single trip. The room is very comfortable. Good hospitality. Very good service with a very friendly team. Cleanliness, very clean! The location is very good. Near from kl sentral. And most importantly, this hotel has a very calm vibe. Not crowded with tourists (I don't like crowded and noisy hotels).

The hotel is good. The only lack is an indirect lift to the ground floor.

Over all we enjoy to stay here, d room s comfy, wide space, the breakfast md s not all you can eat. But choice the several menu like petaling street, alila breakfast. We can reach out station by d bridge.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was fantastic. One thing which I was felt was hassle was to go to the room, you have to take the lift up to 41st floor, then walk across the hotel lobby to their lift corridor. And then take lift down from there to go to the room floor.

Very pleasant stay at AliLa bangsar where the reception staff was always friendly and ready to assist. The room was clean and super comfortable as well. I will come back and stay here again next time for sure. Only cons was that the hotel breakfast wasn't that good.
