The location is very strategic in the city center. The food at breakfast is varied and delicious, the staff is friendly. Oh yes, hopefully in the future Harris Hotel can provide good coffee, because honestly as a coffee lover, during my stay at Harris, when I drank coffee, the coffee taste was lacking for a 4-star hotel 🙏. And input for the staff, if there are requests from guests about rooms, please check them thoroughly, while there are still empty rooms, so that guests don't have to keep moving rooms like I did yesterday, which brought a lot of stuff 😁 and it turned out that after I moved rooms on the floor I was staying in, many were empty because it was very quiet with no activity. But luckily the staff were friendly and willing to serve me whose patience was as thin as tissue 😊 thank you 🙏

The mattress seemed to have been spilled with wasp oil from a previous customer. The smell lingered on the pillows and sheets. I asked for a replacement mattress, but only the sheets were replaced, leaving my hair smelling of wasp oil.
