Friendly staff... I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was cleaned every day. The food was delicious... Only the menu could be changed. Hehe... If I go to Jogja, I will stay here again.

For all good things here are good and very comfortable, for the location in the middle of Jogja you can go to the city or to the mountain area, but if you focus on the city it is not suitable for the distance.

I stayed here in room 409, overall the room is spacious and the view is nice, directly overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding nature and the service is also very responsive. But there are some unpleasant experiences and need to be upgraded such as: - The condition of the shower is not working properly - The condition of the AC is too far so the room takes a long time to cool down and is covered by a pillar column in the middle of the room - The TV is also problematic, I have to wait a long time for the TV screen to be visible and only sound can be heard - The room feels like an old building and some of the furnishings also look old, this will go into the next point - There are some horror incidents that I felt during the night such as the noisy sound of banging on the wall and the noisy sound of slamming doors and other tense atmospheres that cannot be explained and often occur in the hallway around the 4th floor and can be heard up to room 409 in the very end room Hopefully in the future it can be upgraded to be even better.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly in providing both information and facility services.

The only minus is that the AC is not cold enough........overall good

Upon entering the lobby, the first impression was actually pleasant—it smelled nice and was quite comfortable. However, when we got a room on the top floor (corner, number 400-ish), it was quite tiring having to go up and down, especially with a small child in tow. Upon entering the room, an unpleasant odor was immediately noticed (not sure what it was). The lighting in the room also felt dim. At night, the light near the AC flickered quite annoyingly, making it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, the water that came out when we first opened the faucet looked dirty. What was quite disappointing was the presence of what looked like blood stains on the blanket and also a little on the bed sheets. Hopefully, the hotel can improve these things in the future to ensure better guest comfort 🙏🏻

I've stayed several times, including at Front One Resort for Eid. The prices are competitive, the cleanliness is good, and the staff is friendly.

The staff service is okay, the swimming pool is okay. It's worth it. But the room is not very clean, maybe because it's an old building so the walls and doors are dirty and cracked, the room doesn't have a toothbrush, tissue box must be requested first.

The room is not clean, not fragrant enough. The corridor is leaking, CCTV?

Very nice and fun, family trip

The first room I got was a small bathroom with water. It was a bit dirty. So I asked to change rooms, and the staff helped me to a better room. The water was also no longer a problem.

The room was dark and damp, and it had a spooky vibe. The view was of an abandoned place. The hotel's location wasn't very strategic, as it was on the ring road, making it far from anywhere.

The staff is friendly, the room is large and clean, and the exterior is beautiful. The amenities are complete.

The hotel staff was very responsive. I asked for a room change because my child was afraid of corner rooms. They responded immediately, as well as a kettle change.

The place is pretty clean. However, the sheets and pillowcases could probably be updated. But overall, it's clean and well-maintained.

A comfortable, cool hotel, and really worth it.

For the price of 300 thousand, the facilities are good and you can get breakfast too, I will come here again haha ❤️🥰

Overall 7/10, comfortable atmosphere, aesthetic hotel room, spacious, just put in a lot of spots especially in the bathroom which is too spacious, empty and many cupboards have broken hinges, the bathroom is often cleaned and freshened. The shower is not strong and the position of the mattress foam is sinking at the bottom. The facilities are also okay, there is a swimming pool and billiards. Thank you
