The bathroom in the private room was unusable, so I had to use the shared bathroom instead. The liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom were almost gone and weren't refilled. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Overall, the hotel was comfortable and worth the price. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. However, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the coordinators. I was accused of losing the room key and was immediately asked to pay a penalty, even though I was sure I didn’t lose it. It turned out the key was actually with their staff, so the accusation was made without proper checking first. This was especially disappointing because I had already been very patient dealing with room changes due to a broken door (I had to move rooms twice). I just wish the staff had shown the same patience instead of making a quick accusation. Other than that incident, the rest of the staff were great.

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the dorms lack Wi-Fi and hair dryers. The bathrooms are downstairs, while the bedrooms are upstairs. There are only two bathrooms and toilets, and only one is usable, and the shower is quite hot. Early risers can enjoy breakfast with bread.

A clean, comfortable hostel in a strategic location, close to malls, cafes, and culinary spots. The rooms are clean, with flip-flops, a hairdryer, clean towels, and a refrigerator provided. There's a living and dining area with a coffee maker, hot water, ice, and complimentary sodas available 24/7. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly hostel.

Great location, not too far from Siam Square, right next to Barattong. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, so it's not deserted. Plenty of food options. The room and bathroom are clean. Bread, jam, coffee, soft drinks, and oranges are provided for breakfast (not mentioned in the system). Additional features include a bedside lamp and a doormat.

The staff are so shitty. They asked the customers but they told them to cancel the booking and the conversation was the worst since the accommodation. They spoke like they were forced to do it. If you don't want to do it, just resign. You don't have to work like a clam. I'm not sure if the owner forced you to hire them or not, but I want you to know that if this woman stays at the hotel, you'll definitely go bankrupt.
