Nice for a family vacation

Great, comfortable, clean, big room.

I apologize in advance, this is my honest review as a customer who booked 2 deluxe rooms, 616 and 617. And in room 617 that I stayed in, there were lots of small, jumping and biting fleas on the mattress. At first we were happy to sleep comfortably, but in the middle of the night we woke up because we felt something biting under the blanket. After checking, it turned out there were fleas and ended up with very itchy hives. I wanted to complain in the middle of the night, and we were only staying for one day, so I just complained the next day when I checked out. Very disappointed with Aston Inn Batu which claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it turns out the cleanliness of the room mattress is not well taken care of. How can a hotel that looks so good from the outside, it turned out to be really disappointing and made our family reluctant to stay at Aston Inn Batu again. Please note, we stayed at the hotel with a lot of money, so please adjust. Paying for a 4-star hotel, but the cleanliness is like a 1-star. Very disappointing. But overall the service and food are pretty standard 4-star, only the cleanliness deserves attention. I included photos of souvenirs from the Aston Inn Batu hotel. That is all and thank you.

I really like staying here, but yesterday I asked for a mountain view but got a view of someone's house.

Highly recommended. The air is very cool and there is lots of sun.

The food is quite varied, but lattes and similar items are not available. There are no convenience stores nearby, but it's quite close to tourist attractions and the city center. The soundproofing in the rooms is poor, and the beds are combined from two single beds, making the middle section less comfortable for children.

Superb. Excellent, great view. I recommend getting the highest available room floor with Arjuna Mountain as the main view from the balcony. Great sunrise when waking up.

Stayed here again. I wanted to check in at 2, but the room wasn't ready yet, so I had to wait. I booked two rooms with one double bed, and made a note via the app as requested. It turned out the first room was made into a twin room, probably because it was empty and forced to be used. The hotel isn't as good as before. The bathroom floor is slippery and looks dull. For breakfast, even for a well-known 4-star hotel, the taste and variety of the food menu are very lacking. The friendliness of the staff, from the receptionist to other departments, could be improved.

We arrived about 40 minutes early for check-in. The customer service representative was very friendly, and the room was ready, so we were able to check in early, thank God. The room was spacious and very close to everything. Thanks to Aston & the app.

The hotel staff is friendly and the satellite TV is spot on. Reports of broken TVs were promptly followed up and replaced. The security guards are all friendly, and parking is always guided. Don't hesitate to come here.
