Room clean. Perfect and satisfy. Just there no lift due to old building. Need to climb a stairs to 3rd floor for family room. It's quite hard with 3 kiddos. But overall I am really satisfied with the hotal. Will come again for raya stay ❤️

The drainage basin is blocked. Wall sleeping does not work.

At 12am when people already wanted to sleep, there is this woman keep on screaming and slamming the door. It's quite hard for me and my family to get our sleep. Other than that, it's okay. Just I think the management should take a look on that. The air conditioner is not working even after we change the remote and one of the lamp keep on blinking

The hotel is easy to access, a short walk from the bus stop. The eatery is just in front of the hotel. All facilities are easy to access.

The place is clean. It has all the basic things needed in a hotel, and that is all I need. wonderful stay!
