There are no windows. The room is very big, if you ask for an extra bed it can fit 6 people, hehe. Sleeping comfortably, there are no disturbing sounds or activities. The bathroom only closes halfway, so the water spreads out making the floor slippery, I'm afraid someone might slip. Breakfast requires walking around first, there aren't many variations but it's delicious. If you want to shop or just window shop, it's easy. Right next to the Plaza Senayan hotel, across from Senayan City. Recommended for those who need a room for 3 people.

Just a few minutes walking distance from two big malls. The con was I could not sleep well due to loud music played at midnight from somewhere outside the hotel. The room is comfortable enough.

There are bugs in the bedroom and the receptionist could do better and be friendlier next time.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. The room was clean and odor-free, and everything was spotless. The hot water flowed smoothly and the air conditioning was cool.

The towels need to be replaced. They're too worn. They're not clean enough. The room needs to be renovated.

The room wasn't soundproof, and it was incredibly noisy from the next room. The bed sheets were also dirty. I wanted to complain, but I was already exhausted. 😭

The staff were very helpful! The breakfast was great, clean bathroom, clean bedroom, and the location of the hotel is strategic because it's located in front of Senayan City, next to Plaza Senayan, and inside STC Senayan. You can find food so easily. But the architecture of the hotel is a little bit old school, even though the hotel was built in 2018. It felt a little creepy walking to the hotel restaurant for breakfast since the hotel is inside a mall, and the mall was still closed at 7 a.m. After all, it was a really nice hotel. This is the first time a hotel staff has really made an effort and offered free early check-in. It was very helpful for those of us who came from out of town to get some rest. It was great. Thank you.
