Sorry I have to review so that the hotel management can improve, the hotel location is strategic, near Pantai Hospital, but unfortunately the hotel room has a lot of cockroaches, many of the towels are thin like they are rotten after being used for a long time, some are torn on the side too. It should have been two nights, but I moved out because it was uncomfortable. Thank you

Super friendly and helpful staff, we stayed 3 nights, and everything was as wonderful as expected, except for the bed linen that did not feel or look fresh and clean.

Room 408 has a window. Initially I was given room 406 which had no window. I immediately asked for a change because a room without a window was annoying for me. If you rent at this hotel, ask for a room with a window because the room is more spacious and doesn't make you uncomfortable.

Good place, close to the airport.

Near to Pantai Hospital. The receptionist girl is not friendly. We are always the first to greet her, to say morning. Many eateries around. And there is a coin laundry near the hotel, so we can wash our clothes.

Place near Airport. Good place too, everywhere is close if you want to find food.

Very close to the airport and around the hotel there are lots of snacks, there are also convenience stores, DIY, mixue restaurants, Chinese food, of course there are.

The reception is helpful, the check-in process is easy, the building is a little bit small for a hotel, but the room is comfy and clean. The bathroom and shower work well.

So good to stay here. Near supermarket and DIY. Love it!

The bed is too soft, not comfortable. But the receptionist is very helpful in accommodating my request for connecting room.

Overall not bad. Just parking you need to pay RM1.20/hour.

The hotel lobby is sober, not comfortable, the staff is quite friendly, there are only a few places to eat around it and the price is enough to drain my wallet. 😀, supermarket is near the hotel. The room although narrow but clean, the toilet is also clean enough for a 1 or 2 day break. Suggestions don't bring children because the rooms are cramped. In order to improve service, and complete hotel facilities. Breakfast does not seem to be provided at the hotel.
