The room wasn't particularly large, but it was adequate since I was staying alone. The only downside was the hot water didn't work, and it felt quite cold to shower in the morning.

During my stay, the facilities were okay. I got a room on the second floor, but the AC was leaking and not cooling, so I was moved to the first floor. The food was decent, and the facilities were all good. The night shift staff was a bit rude, but the morning staff were very friendly. Thank you.

Overall, it's still okay. Our first stay was on the 3rd floor, and there were baby cockroaches, as pictured above. When we moved to the 1st floor, we got a spacious and clean room. Please add more variety to the breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality, smiles, and greetings. If I ever return to Ternate, I'll definitely stay at Muara Inn again.

Friendly staff, pretty good breakfast, clean room, close to everywhere, unfortunately the shower faucet leaks, the AC is not cold enough and is a bit noisy, hopefully these shortcomings will be fixed soon.

The room is comfortable, clean, but the AC is not cold enough, the bottom of the bathroom door is broken and makes your eyes hurt looking at it, it needs to be repaired to make it more comfortable to stay at Muara Inn when transiting in Ternate 😊.
