The location is good, the room is quite large with a sofa for two people and a seating area in front of the window. There is also a single-door refrigerator so I can store my child's complementary food in the freezer. The room also has a small kitchen with a gas stove and sink. It would be better if there was a microwave so it would be easier to heat food. The bathroom is small and cramped, especially the shower area. The hotel parking lot downstairs is also narrow so we often parked using valet. Breakfast is also delicious, especially the soto banjar. The fried rice and fried noodles are also delicious, unlike most hotels which lack flavor.

Having stayed in hundreds of hotels, this is the first time we've been disappointed by such unprofessional behavior. We were deemed to have damaged the towels after finding stains and were fined, even though we only showered once in the morning as usual. Will we, as guests, be required to inspect our towels before using them again rather than be considered damaged and fined? This will likely be the first and last time we choose this hotel if we ever stay in Yogyakarta again.

Wow, it was a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious. There were complimentary snacks in the room. Upon check-out, they gave me a souvenir keychain. Hopefully, the facilities can be further improved.

I was very satisfied with returning to Uttara, from the location, the room, the facilities to the staff. I was just sad to stay for 3 days without any view, only seeing other people's roofs because I was given the 5th floor. I asked for a change to a top room, but they didn't give me any :(

Staying at PULANG ke UTTARA truly offers a unique experience. As soon as you enter the hotel, you'll feel warm, calm, and aesthetically pleasing, with a modern yet comfortable interior design. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and fully equipped, making you feel right at home. The service from all the staff is also very friendly, responsive, and professional. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth. One of my favorites is the rooftop pool, which offers beautiful views of the city and mountains, especially at sunset. It's also strategically located on Jalan Kaliurang, close to various culinary spots, cafes, and tourist destinations in Yogyakarta. The breakfast is quite varied and delicious. Overall, my stay here was very satisfying. This hotel is perfect for a staycation, a vacation with a partner or family, or even a business trip. If I return to Yogyakarta, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Can be repeated next time I go back to Uttara again :) The food is all delicious, cream soup, the cakes are legit, the chicken porridge is also yummy. The staff is helpful and informative, then given a ketchain as a souvenir, haha. Every corner of this hotel is very aesthetically artistic, you can take beautiful photos. The price is very worth it with the facilities we get. The location is very strategic with culinary places, shopping for necessities, shopping for souvenirs that are very Jogja.

I've stayed here many times. The location is strategic. The rooms are clean and fragrant. However, I stayed here for four days, but I was on the 18th floor, which is smaller. A room change was not available. There was a lot of noise coming from the rooftop on the 18th floor.

The room is very family-friendly, and the location is excellent for those interested in UGM's history and mission. The only downside is the breakfast, which is not very good for a 4-star hotel (simple).

The location is in an urban area. There are many culinary options around the hotel. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. It's a Gen Z hotel of choice. Access is secure. The hotel room is perfect. The only downside is that I requested an 8th-floor room with a Merapi view, but I got a 6th-floor room, which was obscured by tall buildings.
