The service was poor. The room amenities were incomplete: there were no towels, no soap or shampoo. The room was also in poor condition; the walls were damp and smelled of mold due to the humidity. The bathroom also didn't smell good, wasn't clean, and the toilet flush was broken. For the price, it wasn't worth it at all.

The hotel is great, especially if you're heading to Minangkabau Airport. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the airport during certain hours, and even outside of these hours, you can still get there. If you're bringing luggage, it's best to ask for a room on the lower floors to avoid the hassle of lugging it upstairs. Overall, it's a good value for a transit hotel to Minangkabau Airport.

I stayed here because it was close to the airport and they gave me a free 5-minute shuttle to the airport, but please help me get rid of the insects like cockroaches, they were so numerous..they even ate me. Overall, everything was okay apart from those pests.
