Clean, comfortable, and close to the city center.

I've stayed at this hotel more than six times and always loved it. For the price and the comfort, it's definitely worth it.

The hotel is nice and well-maintained. I've stayed here several times and I love it. However, during my last stay, I noticed some minor bugs in my room, similar to cockroaches, crawling around the bed, TV, and phone area. Perhaps this should be taken into consideration for a more thorough inspection and cleaning. In my previous experience, Deli is one of the best hotels for its price, and the rooms are clean and provide a warm atmosphere. And one additional suggestion, if I may offer some input, perhaps it's time to replace Deli's TV with a Smart TV/Google TV/Android TV. This is essential for hotel entertainment. Thank you. I hope Deli remains the best and improves every day. I apologize if I've said anything inappropriate. I just hope Deli Hotel can continue to improve its quality, as this hotel has the potential to compete with others.

I initially stayed here again because the room was nice the previous day, but it turned out to be a dud. I changed rooms twice, but it was still incredibly hot. Talking to the receptionist, the only solution was to upgrade the room and increase the price. Oh well, that's fine, after all, the room number is the same as the previous one. I wrote this review for my second booking, but because the second one was so bad, I forgot about the first one. Luckily, the breakfast was delicious.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. Perfect for a staycation or vacation.

The type of room booked was not suitable, the window was different from the one booked, even though I have stayed here many times, now I am disappointed.

The place is comfortable, clean, quiet, the food is quite good, but the shampoo is not good for hair.

Now the service and condition of the rooms are lacking, the shower is cracked so the water is not optimal, there are lots of cockroaches especially in rooms 511 and 512.

The longer it takes, the more comfortable the atmosphere becomes.

A budget hotel that could be one of the many hotel options in Medan. There's a price for everything... Love it
