Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, comfortable and tidy bathrooms, and good wifi lines so you can work smoothly. Close to malls and Filipino markets, just a short walk away. So far really recommended.

location is near to everything: Pasar Filipina, night market, convenient stores and restaurants. There is an old mall in front of the hotel, good for basic needs. hotel is surrounded by many spas in case you need a foot massage. Food wise is just okay for breakfast, nothing memorable. Staff are all friendly and helpful, whichnis another pull factor for this hotel

When I book the room its never mention about the room without window.

Have stayed at the hotel numerous times throughout the years and everything is still satisfying. But would love to see some upgrades being done to the dated rooms in the future.

This hotel is totally awesome. Next to Centre Point Sabah, one of the shopping malls in KK.
