The attached building does not have elevator. If large suitcase, plan to lug it up the steps. Breakfast was delicious. Pillows on the bed could be improved. Beautiful community. Nice place to stay.

Location location location. A small issue in the bathroom shower. Took well over an hour to resolve. Staff unsure of what to do. We ended up solving it ourselves. Given small jars of jam for our troubles. 🙃

What wonderful place. Great location if coming to NOTL for the Shaw festival. Many venues are within an easy walk. A couple are just across the street! Also an easy short walk to the main shopping and business area. Flora in early July is AMAZING! Some of the best I have seen anywere! Hotel is very modern. Our room was impeccable! Staff as gracious as we have experienced anywhere. The restaurant is amazing. If you have breakfast, order the avacado toast. I have never had eggs prepared the way that they were served with this dish. You must try them and definitely stay at this hotel. I'm sure you will he more than pleased!

Wonderful property, clean and well maintained. Loved the location, easy to walk to the thick of the downtown core. We have participated in the trolley wine tour, Margaret our tour guide was awesome. She did a great job of the tour and she is hilarious! Bravo!

The staff was very attentive to our requests. The room was clean. I would prefer a keurig machine. I find Nespresso too strong.

We've stayed in Niagara on the Lake many time, and decided to try this hotel after having some excellent meals in their restaurant (Zees). Great experience: perfect location across from Festival Theatre, pleasant staff and nice room. We plan to return.

Loved our stay at the Shaw Club.

We were originally put in room 304. There is an exhaust system from the downstairs restaurant that causes an ongoing droning sound in the room from the time the restaurant opens until a couple of hours after it closes. When we advised staff, they moved us to the only available room the next night. Sadly, I think our comments were not the first time they’d heard the issue.

We loved our stay here! The staff were super friendly and the room was beautiful! Would 100% stay here again. Great location too!

Our room was clean & well -appointed. The hotel was close to the Shaw Festival & downtown shopping etc.. We would stay here again.

This was a last minute booking for us. It seemed more like a boutique apartment complex than it did a hotel, but not really in a good way. The shower was very frustrating because you had to wet with cold water to turn it on. The room was VERY cramped and felt more like a dorm room from the 80’s. It is really quite far from the main sections of town to walk, which was another disappointing aspect. They apparently had bikes you could use, but we were not told about the amenities when we checked the in - including anything about their restaurant. Everything else was “fine” but way over priced for location and offerings. Maybe if you were a part of a club with reciprocity or something the rates would be more reasonable? In the room booklet it did say you could borrow a fish for your room if you were lonely or wanted a “vacation pet”….
