I was very happy with my stay, especially since it was a central location with many restaurants and food stands around. All of our tours had a meeting spot at El parque del poblado and we had a 20min walk. It was safe and walkable. There is a restaurant or bar in the hotel and I loved that they had a filtered water machine, but they don’t have many amenities. The rooms were clean but a bit small. The hotel staff were great and they always helped us with finding a safe taxi or a driver. The lady who cleaned the rooms was so nice and sweet. I would come back.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, there is a safe, hotel was safe, staff was very friendly and helpful.

My second time in this hotel and love the fact that is centrally located. Will definitely recommend it.

Staff wonderful to deal with. Rooms are very very small. It’s also very pricey. Breakfast is 50 thousand pesos. Great location next to art museum. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Good service. But bad frontdesk service. Do not let them do laundry. We did 3 times laundry and paid cash. Now they are telling us we didn't pay
