Great experience

Clean and comfortable room.

The room is very nice, bright, neat and chic. The best part is the the shower room is separated from the toilet. The breakfast is full of choices. Highly recommended!

Over all is good, nice location!

The room was very nice, but the bed wasn’t comfortable. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, I felt, but they did answer any questions I had. Of the four hotels I stayed in on my trip around Taiwan, this was my least favorite. (The restaurant staff was very nice though.)

The hotel is great, well located and the rooms are modern and well appointed.the only problem was breakfast. Almost nothing for western tastes, which is understandable but it’s not hard to provide better cereals. Also the first morning the coffee machine was broken and there was NO coffee. They could have gone and bought a jar of instant coffee!

Good 24 hours snack area. Convenient.

Very lovely hotel in a convenient location. We really loved our stay and hope to come back one day. We also hope that torsion can come back to Hualien, as it is such a lovely city.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I recommend people stay here if they visit Taroko nation park. Please check to make sure the park is open before you go. The parked was closed due to earthquake and landslides. I don’t think they reopen soon.

Good location, not too busy but central enough to stores. Next to a 7-11 was convenient. Good breakfast buffet (reocmmend going after 8:30am to avoid large tour groups). Would recommend this hotel to others.

5min walk to night market. Bfast was adequate, rooms looks like new

The only good, was Wilson who was super helpful, but the room was dirty hair in the bathroom. I called a taxi and after been ready to go, they made us step out of it because front desk was confused about the taxi been for us... We almost miss the train for this mishap

Excellent location and very helpful staff

We are from the US and we thought the Hotel was very nice. Clean comfortable rooms and breakfast was wonderful with variety of choices. Check in was quick and they were very helpful. The beds were a little firm but the rooms were clean and quiet and overall very comfortable.

駅からは徒歩30分程かかるので、タクシーかバスの利用となります。 東大門夜市は徒歩圏内です。 ホテルの隣にセブンイレブンがあり便利です。 朝食は7時からなので、朝早くから行動したい方は注意して下さい。 リニューアルされているので室内は綺麗です。私の泊まった部屋は、入口ドアが最後に手でサポートしないと閉まり切らなかったり、隣の部屋がシャワーを使用した際の流水音が気になった所位がマイナスポイントでした。 洗浄便座設置、サンダル、ボディシャンプー・2inシャンプー、石鹸は常備されていました。その他アメニティ、ミネラルウォーターは無しです。
