Rooms are very clean and both pools have an amazing view.

Had an amazing stay and will definitely be staying here again! Friend and i stayed here for 4-5 days and had an awesome experience. The employees were great and very accommodating of any request. It was my birthday and my friend told an employee, who then surprised me with a dessert and singing lol. I asked to use their fridge for my leftover ceviche and the next day they brought me a mini fridge up! The ppl at the front desk were awesome and answered every question thoroughly and gave perfect suggestions, especially Yari. He gave perfect restaurant suggestions and led us to our best meals in Playa this trip! A/C worked great, water nice and hot, comfortable beds, clean pools, nice patio. No issues at all.

Excellent hotel in Playa del Carmen, clean and close to the main street and beach. The staff was so helpfull and courteus.

Great hotel- 1min walk from the strip so you may be hearing some music or singing from karaoke bars. Staff is wonderful and their free breakfast was more than any ordinary breakfast!

Very nice place that could perhaps hire a few more staff members. They just seemed a little short handed in the restaurant/bar and at the front desk. But the food is amazing. The pool is super nice...there are actually 2 pools on the rooftop. The staff they do have are amazing and very helpful. I just had an incident where I had trouble getting into the garage. And another time I went down to the front desk to ask for some ice and I waited for about 15 minutes. No one ever showed up so I went back to my room. And one other time trying to get a drink at the rooftop bar. I waited for awhile then went downstairs to notify the restaurant staff no one was at the bar. I finally got my drinks but it took too long. I believe I saw them interviewing people so maybe they will get fully staffed and these things won't happen anymore. Again, the staff they do have are amazing! Overall a very nice experience and I would stay here again.

El hotel es muy comodo y centrico. Todos son muy amables. Solo que si traes carro es un poco incómodo estar pidiendo que te abran la puerta para entrar y para salir por qué muchas veces te dejan esperando a que te abran. Fuera de eso todo muy bien.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location, approximately 5 minute walk to beach and 5th avenue. Room setup was really cool and decor was beautiful. Our two concerns were the security of the door and noise. The door didn’t feel very secure and didn’t have a lock. They had an event on the roof, which is fine but for about two hours around midnight many people were loudly going down the stairs. Unfortunately, the walls are thin and we were right next to the stairs so it was very loud for us, even with earbuds. So if you’re a light sleeper keep this in mind. Thankfully this only happened one of the nights we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is an amazing boutique hotel. Very friendly staff, good sized rooms with a great deck. The restaurant was an excellent bonus….fantastic food and pricing with awesome staff. Parking was easy and safe. I look forward to returning next year!

The room lacked publicized amenities. Safe, fridge. There was no soap or toiletries in the washroom. Some of the sheets were torn. The toilet was broken, and even after "repaired" still broken. There was no security when I arrived back to the hotel and walked into open doors at 2am.

I stayed for the week and stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very frendly and always there to help. I will definitely be coming back again
