Staff is always very kind and helpful. Parking limited but got there early so had no issue. Walked to the basilica even though I am not a good walker! So I appreciated being close enough.

It is good overall but the room heater is not encouraging for winter.

On arrival we parked in hotel car park to be greeted by dog excrement and discarded cigarettes by rear entrance door these were not removed for duration of our stay, whilst we were aware we had booked a budget hotel we were still suprised by how basic the rooms were withwash hand basin in bedroom we cancelled our next planned stay in Ibis budget because of this

We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining amongst themselves. Very disappointing!

Nice hotel , beds a little hard prob worth the extra money to do comfort over budget. Lovely staff and close to everything.

First of all, I would like to thank the extremely friendly reception staff. It wasn't out of training, but out of pure kindness. Location is great, walking distance to the city center, restaurants around and it was easy to park the car on the street (weekends free). Room is budget but functional. Breakfast very OK. Good option ;)

The floor of the room felt sticky, we kept our shoes on in the room. There was no ground towel to get out of the shower. TV reception was a bit inconsistent. Bed was ok. Big crowd at breakfast 30min before closing, people waiting to get a cup or cuttlery so we decided to avoid it.

Hotel is conveniently located for the city centre, shares reception and bar with other Ibis properties and offers parking on own parking lot at a fair price. Room is basic, but offers good value for money, as does the breakfast buffet.

Staff accommodating, hotel basic. A short walk from the center. Triple room adequate for family with children. Handy parking lot.

Clean, large room, air conditioning very effective. Good for parking and a short walk to the main square.

Accueil chaleureux, ambiance détendue et familiale

Bom pequeno almoço, apesar de haver artigos que terminaram e demoraram a ser repostos. Cama e almofadas pouco confortáveis.

Personnel très agréable aussi bien à l'accueil qu'au service. Parking facile d'accès mais payant et places limitées. Buffet petit déjeuner varié.

Alles war perfekt, vor allem das Personal war so herzlich und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, es gab auch guten Obstsalat. Es gibt auch sehr gutes Essen mittags und abends zu einem erstaunlich günstigen Preis. Wir würden sicher wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Die Lage zwischen dem Bahnhof und der Altstadt ist besonders für Bahnreisende optimal.
